BACHMANN 31-002 OO SCALE Robinson ROD Class 04 2-8-0 63635 in BR black with early emblem.
Designed for the Great Central Railway these 2-8-0 goods engines were adopted as the standard design for the War Departments' Railway Operating Department (ROD) during the first world war. Many of these locomotives had long lives, lasting into the 1960s, having passed through the hands of the LNER as class O4 and the GWR.
