By shopping with Simon's Trains you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Shipping
We always endeavour to provide the quickest and best service possible, however no guarantee is made in relation to the speed of delivery.
The shipping policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and such is binding.

Non UK customers
Non UK customers are responsible for any duty or import taxes charged by their respective Customs Service upon the arrival of goods in their country. We do not include invoices in our parcels as a matter of security however we will provide them if requested. Customers should contact their respective customs service for details of any charges that may be levied, or regulations that may be applicable. Customers who do not pay these charges may have their order returned to us by the customs. In the event of this happening the customer would forfeit the postage paid and would be liable for a second postage charge if they would like the order to be re-sent.
Collect in store policy
Collect in store orders can be collected from 6 Bank House, Chapel Street, Holsworthy, Devon, EX22 6AR between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Tuesday through to Saturday. The Store is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Forthcoming Releases / Pre-Order items
To ensure the best experience for our customers we offer to reserve Items that have not yet been released. You may reserve any quantity where reasonable. No payment details are collected when pre-ordering an item and as such you will not be charged. When the item is released you will be contacted and are under no obligation to buy, once you tell us that you no longer wish to honour the Pre-order those items will be added to stock or allocated to another individual and will no longer be reserved. The manufacturer may change production levels at anytime or cancel production due to quality control issues. We may also cancel orders due to quality control issues and as such we cannot guarantee that the model will make it to release.
The Estimated time of release is the manufacturer's estimated release date plus the estimated time for our order to be fulfilled. This date is subject to change and is only an estimate.
The Estimated price is the price we aim to sell the model at which is linked to the manufacturer's retail price which itself is demand-sensitive and is therefore subject to change at anytime.
Pricing policy
The price currently advertised on simonstrains.co.uk will be the same price everyone pays, excluding any items that have been priced in error. In the event these circumstances occur you will be notified before any price adjustments are made and given the option to accept or reject the revised order.
Discount codes & Promotions
We occasionally issue discount codes and offer promotions, these may be for a particular product, catagory or range. These promotions may have limited usability and/or time limit (our gift vouchers do not expire). We will advise upon any limitations at time of issue. We reserve the right to discontinue special offers or promotions without notice.
Gift vouchers and E-Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are physical items that can be purchased online or in-store. If purchased online they are shipped for free and should arrive in 3-5 working days. They are redeemable both online or in-store. Gift Vouchers are single-use and are not divisible. To use a gift voucher online, enter its unique code at checkout. Only one code can be used per order. Gift voucher's do not expire.
E-Vouchers are digital items that can only purchased online. When purchased they are emailed to you within 24 hours. They are only redeemable online at simonstrains.co.uk. E-Vouchers are single use and are not divisible. To use an E-Voucher, enter its unique code at checkout. Only one code can be used per order.
Returns and Refunds
The returns and refunds policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and such is binding.

All refunds will be issued immediately after a return is accepted, it may take between up to 10 days for the refund to be processed by payment provider.
Any Cheque refunds will usually be processed by us within three to five days of the item arriving with us, the cheque will then be subject to the normal clearing time of your bank.
Non-UK customers may be charged a conversion fee for any refunds processed into their account, Simon's Trains can not accept any liability for these charges.
Exchanges
Items are only exchanged in the event of a return and if they are of the same value. Contact customer service if you wish to have an item exchanged instead of refunded.
Order acceptance
All items, offers, specifications and prices are correct and believed in good faith at the time of quotation, but may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form the subject matter of your order. It is the customer’s obligation to check when ordering that the quantity and description of the items ordered is correct. This can be done by viewing the cart before checkout and checking the order confirmation email that is sent to the registered email address.
Order cancellation
You have the right to cancel any order before it has been despatched. This can be done by contacting us using the details listed here. In the event you wish to cancel an order after it has been despatched we require you to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Product descriptions and images
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and the related images are correct, however in some cases even the manufacturer's provided image may vary from the actual model. Therefore all images should be treated as being for illustration purposes only, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product description is correct for the item they are ordering. The algorithm we use to source product images may not always identify copyright, if you have any issues with any of the pictures on our website please contact us
